Perhaps the influx of DW people, and this friending meme, will make you feel more engaged than LJ - which I also just started back up with, well I guess it's almost been a year now, and having interesting people to talk to and learn about their lives, and have their opinions on my shit... really makes all the difference. I need a certain sweet spot of interesting people, but not tooooo much or it feels overwhelming to read lol.
