What does your day to day look like?: I'm an engineer. my background is electrical but I've drifted into leadership, and now I am in customer service helping people with their airplane questions.

What do you like to watch?: I don't have much time to watch anything. some sitcoms?
What movies do you enjoy?: I like foreign films and documentaries but if my family has a comedy/sci fi on, I'll hang with them

If you like to read, what do you read?: I flip flop between business books, historical fiction, memoirs, and whatever comes to me through the little free library
What kind of music do you listen to?: my favorite genre is early 90s grunge

What do you post about?: my family, personal finance, health, work stuff

What do you look for in a DW friend?: I appreciate advice, I love comments (they keep me going), I love hearing about your day-to-day life
What do you like to read about on your friends page?: joy and gratitude. but I rant a lot so don't hold me to that.
Do you have any kind of friending policy?: if you friend me I'll friend you back. I very rarely unfriend.
Do you have any deal-breakers?: my political views are progressive. I love science, vaccines, charity, taking care of people. we don't have to agree on every single thing, but I've had to unfriend some people who would just never see eye-to-eye with me, to the point that I could not imagine why we were friends, so they had to go.
Is there anything others should know before friending?: I'm kinda bad at the reading/commenting but I'm trying to do better.

Anything else? I haven't 100% decided if I want to move to dw or not. I was on lj for 20 years! But recent events made me want to try this place out, so I'm giving it a try. When my lj membership is up for renewal in April I will make a decision to go to one place or the other.

I have subscribed to you, as you sound most interesting. I get the indecision about a permanent move. I was on LJ for 20 years too, and it was a hard decision.

Most of my posts are open, only the really personal stuff is locked. If you are interested in those by all means let me know and I'll give access.
