♦ Basics Name: B. Age: 48 Pronouns: She/Her Personality Type: INFJ Country: UK
♦ Spring Is Here! Is it spring yet in your part of the world: Calendar spring is well under way, although you couldn’t tell by the very chilly, damp weather we’ve been having. What's your favorite thing about spring: Clocks going forward (longer/lighter days), sunshine, seasonal produce, Easter treats, first green leaves/blooms/blossoms…. Have you been doing any spring cleaning: Only a limited spring clean this year, due to lack of spare time. If comfortable sharing, any spring goals: I aim to go on a long weekly walk and picnic in my local park/woodland area. Hopefully with my spouse, if he can spare the time. What are your likes or dislikes about spring: There are only likes in my books, some of which I’ve already mentioned. I like wearing my spring-summer skirts and dresses. I am big on wearing dresses! Also, sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, listening to bees buzzing by while soaking up the sun. Do you have any spring-based hobbies: Taking more day trips in and out of London. Do you have a favorite flower: Dianthus Barbatus, more commonly known as Sweet William. I am also partial to Ranunculus. Do you like being outdoors or prefer staying indoors: Even as a homebody at heart, I can’t resist the call of the outdoors during spring/summer season. Do you have any spring-time (or in general) photos you'd like to share:
An enormous magnolia tree in full bloom at Kenwood House, London.
♦ Friending and Your Journal What qualities are you looking for in a friend: Being easy going and chill. How do you like to communicate: Comments on posts, with the possibility of opening up DMs in case we develop a strong rapport. Do you do friend cuts? If so, how often: I will remove people if they start attacking my personal views, which has happened only once in the past. How often do you post: I have just started journaling here on DW this month and I hope to post once weekly, at the very least. What do you post about: Whatever places/things/treats I’ve enjoyed during any given week. Is there anything you're not looking for: (Feel free to put dealbreakers here too) “Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde” types. If you’re a bigot, own it. I’ll find out eventually anyway.
