♦ The World of Fandom What fandoms are you into: the DCU has me completely ensnared at the moment. Mainly the comics (new earth era), but also the DCAU and other ‘verses. Others getting my attention rn are The 100 (I’m rewatching it), Monstress, or Wuthering Heights, and some I go back to every once in a while are the Plecverse, the Buffyverse, or Black Sails. My sticky post has other fandoms listed. Do you have an active fandom, or just into multiple at once: I usually have a main one (rn DCU), and indulge a bit in some others. Plus you’ll see me talk about my original WIPs, even if that’s not exactly ~a fandom. How do you participate in fandom: (Fic, art, icons, etc) I write fic, as well as a lot of meta/commentary/analysis, and I make graphics/gifsets/icons in photoshop. Which do you favor? Fandom is...a hobby, a way of life, or fandom is not my thing: Do you have any favorite ships: for dc, I do love some of the main canon ships (batcat, brutalia, dinahollie, clois, chalant in young justice…), although lately I’ve been enjoying the idea of a lot of fanon ships for new earth!Jason (Eddie Bloomberg, Mia Dearden, Tim, Roy, Kara, Harvey Dent, Donna…). Some other otps are memori (The 100), Maika/Tuya (Monstress), Catherine/Heathcliff, Klaroline, Bangel, Maxanor (Black Sails)… In terms of fandom, what kind of friend are you looking for: someone with whom I share some fandom, or another interest, who wants to engage in conversations about them. I also like having writer friends (both for fic and for original fiction). Do you have any favorite fanworks that you'd like to share: recently I wrote a one-shot about Jason and Bruce, as well as a few dcu drabbles for the three sentences ficathon.
♦ Top 5's Anime: Shingeki no Kyojin (I have to finish it). Others I want to complete/watch more of (I’ve only watched a few episodes) are Princess Tutu, Revolutionary Girl Utena, or Cowboy Bebop. But who knows when I’ll have the time ^^U Books: (had to add it) Dangerous Liaisons, Frankenstein, His Dark Materials, Medea, The Essence of the Equinox. Movies: Alien, Blancanieves (2012), Pan’s Labyrinth, The Handmaiden, The Lion in Winter. TV Shows: Black Sails, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Nikita, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, The Vampire Diaries. This one was difficult, I have A LOT of favourite shows adlkfasf. Comics/Manga: Batman: Under the Red Hood, Devin Grayson’s Nightwing run, Iron Man: Fatal Frontier, Monstress, Red Hood: The Lost Days. And many many more. Band/Artists: Aaliyah, Florence + the Machine, Fiona Apple, Mirel Wager, Tracy Chapman.

How do you like to communicate: via comments, but if we get comfortable with each other I’m more than happy to share my discord. Do you do friend cuts? If so, how often: I haven’t yet, and probably won’t. How often do you post: my goal is to update my journal more going forward, at least about once a week. What do you post about: things about my writing (fic and original), narrative analysis, commentary on things I’ve read, etc. Is there anything you're not looking for: (Feel free to put dealbreakers here too) conservative politics, toxic positivity, fandom drama.
