The New Year
Do you have any resolutions?: I'm going to set my reading goal at 80 again I guess.
Are there any new books, music, games, shows, etc. that you want to dive into?: There is a TON of stuff coming out this year from Martha Wells, Steven Brust, C.S. Pacat, a bunch of mangaka, and a ton of danmei are getting official English translations. Hades II beta is supposedly coming out, and I have a toooon of shows and stuff to catch up on.
Are there any small or big events that you're planning for this year?: I'm planning on doing a Moshang big bang event this year, but that's it.
Any new interests/hobbies that you'd like to try out?: I'd like to get back into piano and maybe learn Korean or Japanese.
Did you accomplish your resolutions from last year?: (If not, that's okay. Just skip this one) I beat my goal of 80 books read (should be around 208).
What were your favorite memories from the past year?: Spending time with friends and writing fics.
Do you have any new years traditions?: Sleep XD
Is there anything you'd like to do more of in 2023?: Writing, hanging out with friends, watching shows and films.

The New Friends
What kind of friend(s) are you searching for?: Anyone, really. I'm leftist, ace, a writer, and nerdy. If you're rightwing or uber Christian, really not gonna work out.
What do you like to read about?: Fantasy, mostly, but speculative fiction generally. Hurt/comfort.
How often do you check your friends feed?: I usually check my reading page once a day, maybe once every 2 days at most.
Do you have any deal-breakers?: No antis, no rightwingers, no zealots.
Do you mind reading about fandom?: I'm super into lots of fandoms so I don't mind reading about fandom.
If so, what fandoms would you like to read about?: No preference. I might zone out on sports and celebrity news, though.

Currently...
Reading: A lot of things, but "The Deer King" by Uehashi Nahoko, "Mo Dao Zu Shi" by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu (reread), "Yona of the Dawn", "Lout of Count's family"... and a lot of things I'm forgetting lol
Watching: A lot of anime and stuff. I started the new Witcher live-action miniseries the other day and hope to finish it.
Playing: Dorfromantik and Pokemon Scarlet.
Thinking about: Fanfiction I'm preparing for publication lol
Hobby/Interest: Writing, piano, singing, video games, reading
Planning for: The Moshang Big Bang that has sign-ups this month. Need to come up with a plot lol

Yeah XD Part of it was I finished some old stuff early in the year but January and February in particular I just went off roflmao I met my 80 book goal in the first 1-3 months of the year lol It was weird.

Dorfromantik is SO fun. It's my go-to game when I'm feeling stressed out. Even when I lose a match, I'm at peace. The music and colors are so wonderful <3 I never see anyone ever mention it, so it made me ultra happy to see you do so!

I love the game :D It's nice and chill! I'm still working on my last four achievements but overall it's just a nice chill game I use if I want to zone out for a bit. A streamer got me into it several months ago and I got two other folks I know into it and we know play a ton of it XD
