The New Year
Do you have any resolutions?: Not really, I'm going to do my annual Book Bingo again this year.
Are there any new books, music, games, shows, etc. that you want to dive into?: Not many at the moment, I want to finish the second season of Only Murders in the Building at some point, and whenever we get the second season of Good Omens I will be watching that asap.
Are there any small or big events that you're planning for this year?: I moderate an annual fandom holiday gifting fest called fandomtrees and I hope to do it again in 2023
Any new interests/hobbies that you'd like to try out?: Not really, I might try to do some traveling in the summer, but that all depends on how things go
Did you accomplish your resolutions from last year?: I didn't have one, other than my Book Bingo, which I did complete!
What were your favorite memories from the past year?: I saw Washboard Union preform live
Do you have any new years traditions?: We eat Chinese food
Is there anything you'd like to do more of in 2023?: Just get out of the house more

The New Friends
What kind of friend(s) are you searching for?: Any new friends would be nice
What do you like to read about?: I read sci-fi, fantasy, historical romance, mysteries/thrillers, graphic novels, and the occasional non-fiction
How often do you check your friends feed?: I kind of depends on the time of year, but I usually check Dreamwidth either daily or every other day
Do you have any deal-breakers?: Not a fan of misogyny, racism, hard right leaning politics
Do you mind reading about fandom?: I love fandoms, I belong to several
If so, what fandoms would you like to read about?: Currently I am really into Our Flag Means Death, but I am a big Izzy fan, and I try to avoid the wank about him whenever possible. I also love Good Omens and older Star Trek (TOS, VOY, TNG). However, I am open to learning about new fandoms in general.

Currently...
Reading: Jeweled Fire by Sharon Shinn, this is my second attempt trying to read this one, it is very slow, if it doesn't pick up soon I might DNF
Watching: I just recently watched the Netflix documentary Don't Pick Up the Phone, which was kind of frustrating to watch
Playing: N/A
Thinking about: Nothing really, just trying to relax and enjoy new years
Hobby/Interest: I am a social media/outreach volunteer for Fanlore!
Planning for: Nothing at the moment, I just want to get fandomtrees 2022 finished successfully, and then we'll see where the year takes me
