Hi, I just added you! [As an aside I'm pretty immune to TMI, my mom was a nurse and constantly had horror stories, and I have my own health issues so... yeah, I doubt anything you say will make me run screaming.]

Thats fortunate, because (possibly due to autism or possibly just due to years of health issues and whatever) I just tend to give all the information. I’ve never been very good at knowing where boundaries are, but even when I’m aware of them, sometimes I just either need to break them for my own sanity or I think it’s important or useful for other people. (Like, with gut issues, loads of people have them and feel alone because no one wants to talk about it, soooo… I’m talking about it.)

I have gut issues. I have a whole host of physical body issues and mental health issues, and I for one appreciate knowing I'm not alone over here in GI Tract Hell.
