♬ Music In General ♪ Thinking day to day, what do you normally listen to: I don't play a lot of music regularly. So mostly what I'm listening to is birdsong. Do you listen to music to study, exercise, or work: Sometimes I use background sound for writing or to cover up noise. For housework, I like to put on something as energetic as possible -- Pirates of the Caribbean has a great soundtrack for that. Most of my exercise is outdoors, you guessed it, birdsong. What platform do you use to listen to music: Most of my music is on CD. However, I like some things on YouTube, including fanvids and fibercrafting videos, both of which tend to have fun music. My latest favorite is "Last Friday Night" (Classic Star Trek). (Do not watch with mouth full.) What language do you prefer your music: English if I'm listening to lyrics, but I love foreign languages, so I have a lot in Celtic languages and a sprinkling of many many others. Is there a musician you'd like to meet? Why: I've had plenty of musician friends and am open to more. Do you sing and/or play an instrument: Minimally. I did buy a sea drum because I can actually play the thing. I'm okay on a PVC pipe drum too. Do you make playlists? If so, do you share: Rarely. Is there a song that represents how you feel or your stance on life: My feelings on the modern world rather fit the contemporary version of "The Sound of Silence." Do you dress similar to the genre you listen to: LOL yes, sometimes. I have a variety of fannish, folk, Pagan, and historic wear. A lot of bohemian too.
♬ Friending And Deal-breakers ♪ What kind of friend(s) are you searching for: I enjoy a diverse audience. If you miss LiveJournal-That-Was, that's a good sign. Do you have any deal-breakers: Don't come into my space and tell me what to do. If your blog is primarily friends-locked, that probably isn't something I'll subscribe to, because it's hard for me to see the lock dingbat so it's better if I just avoid those blogs. I prefer reading things I can share if I like them. Do you mind reading about fandom: I enjoy reading about fandom if we happen to like the same things. Otherwise I'll skip it. Anything else you'd want people to know: I post a lot of original writing, some fanfic, nature activities, and a lot of links that I've found interesting.
