You sound interesting and type of person whose journal I'd enjoy. Your intention for the new year struck me because basically that's what I'm aiming for with my own goals this year, my own life did go off the rails a bit in 2022 due to my own mental health issues (and in 2021 too, tbh) and I need to learn to cope better when that happens and possibly prevent it from happening it again.
My intro is here, have a look, and if you think you think we could get along I'll add you.
I think the key for me to remember this year is that things are going to happen, and I'm going to get derailed during them, but the quicker I remember to get back to doing the habits/practices that keep me on track, the quicker I'll be on my way again. I think a lot of last year going completely off the rails was that by the time whatever initial chaos had subsided, I didn't get back into those helpful habits/practices. I just... kept drifting.

At least, that's the theory :)

Added you back!
That sounds like a smart plan and one I should try and put into practice too when derailment inevitably happens. Thanks for the reminder.
Yeah, theory is easier than practice but zeroing in on that is always the first step to success, isn't it? :)
